Hello everyone
I recently bought a gigabyte motherboard it's a H310M S2P
And an intel Pentium gold G5620 cpu which doesn't have boost and
The core clock must be locked on 4ghz but when I'm in windows or in
Mainboard bios it shows 4.08 ghz which indicates that the mainboard is automatically
Forcing it to higher clocks. Which one of the features should I disable to prevent it?

Solution
There is always some variance in the base clock frequency. Should be 100Mhz, but may be something like 100.3 Mhz or even closer to 101Mhz.

If anything, if it is running a little faster, that is fine.
