Question Mainboard can jump start but can't start with power button on main.

First,im sorry guy for my bad english,so i have question and i want help.
I have old mainboard asrock z77 extreme 4,today when i setup this mainboard,it working,im setup win,driver ok...
But one thing i don't know,why i can jump start mainboard,it working perfectly (Lcd Dr debug,Bios,power and reset have Led on,(i mean i see light on) but when i hit the power or reset button on mainboard,it's not working?unable to turn on mainboard,Im use PSU noname,connect 4pin and 24 pin.(Maybe working if i change Psu use 8 pin ?))But press 2 button pw,reset not working(even on win or not started yet).Thanks for reading and support me.God bless you guy.

The fact that you're mentioning using a no-name PSU is cause for concern. Also include a picture of all the connections made to your motherboard.
