Mainboard dead = system rebuild, Hardware advises welcome

Hi all and thanks for your time.
My mainboard(Biostar Ta890FXE) took a sudden demise and I am well aware that I need to put some money into the system. I built it myself 2011 and remodeled it twice. sadly I'm not very much into current hardware atm, but I want it gaming & Musicproduction-capable again . This is what remains:

- AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad-Core 3.4GHz socket3
- Alpenfön Sella cooler
- 2x 2GB G.Skill DDR3-1600 PC3-12800, bought 2011
- 2x 2GB G.Skill DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 XMP Ready, bought 2015(something is different wih these, only ran alone or at slots 3&4)
- Cooler Master RS-460-PCAP-A3
- ATI Sapphire Radeon HD-5770
- 2x HD 500GB Sata 7200
- NI Komplete Audio 6
- DVD-Burner
- Bluray-Drive

What I think I need:
mainboard
500 GB SolidState HD for system
graficcard
RAM ( with higher boardtact)

what i fancy about:
getting whole the machine watercooled.
but never worked with that before.

at the moment i think about 5-800 Euro budget. with watercooling maybe 300 more.

So what do you suggest would be best to buy?

You also need a PC case that fits the radiator.

I would also get a better power supply for your graphics card.

Board, RAM and SDD are already ordered.

another last question:
do you really think the HD-5770 gets to less power, refering to here?
