Question Mainboard not Posting

Hi All so i got a question i got a free mainborad ram cpu combo from a friend. He told me that he wasn’t able to mount the cpu cooler and that some pins were missing on the cpu and that i could have it for free. I checked the cpu multiple times and all pins are still on the cpu i also managed to mount the cooler however when i try to start it only the fan spins up and nothing else happens.
I Tried to connect a low power gefroce 8400GS for video output but no dice the Apu also doesn't output any video. I tried both of the ram slots but nothing changed i also tried booting it without the ram in it if it would do any beep post codes but it never beeps with or without the ram (I plugged in a 4pin speaker). I think that the board is probably dead i have build multiple systems but never an amd system before. I dont really know if it maybe needs an bios update to support the cpu. I know that the mainboard has one of those Asus orange led strips but it never lights up even when the fans spin up. The Mainboard has a few light scrathes on the back but they are so light that it shouldn ’ t keep it from booting

Asus A68HM-Plus
Amd A8 7600 4Core 4Threads
DDR3 8GB 1333MHZ
Gefroce 8400GS
Be Quiet 500W Dual Rail Psu ( I use that psu for testing multipule systems i know it works 100%)

I dont really have a use for this system however some of my friends literally never had a pc and they wanted to get one but due to the current prices they weren't able to so i wanted to get it running and give it to one of my friends (With a decent gpu it should at least run Cs Go). I know that one of my friends bought a mini itx amd board but wasn ’ t able to get a cpu and gpu so maybe i could give him the cpu but i dont know if it would fit in his board because i know almost nothing about amd sockets

Edit: To suport the cpu it needs bios ver 201 but i dont know what bios version it has i only know that after the mb name it says rev 1.01 but i dont know with what bios version it comes pre installed but even if it dosent recognize the cpu it should at least give me a beep code for no ram or no cpu but it dosent do anything just spins up the fan

Your motherboard should not need any update to support that CPU. In the photo i see a lot of dust and lint around the CPU socket. Have you tried cleaning the CPU socket, memory slots and graphics card slot? Have you tried clearing the CMOS?

Yeah i already cleaned the entire board and i also replaced the cmos battery but still no dice

Was the computer unplugged when you replaced the CMOS battery?
Is your monitor connected by HDMI or DVI cable? The motherboard manual does not show any HDMI connector on the back IO panel.
Have you tried booting with no drives connected to see if it will boot straight to the BIOS?

I unplugged the psu and changed the bios battery and i had it connected via hdmi to the gefroce 8400Gs and then to the onboard hdmi. (Mine for some reason has hdmi)

Everytime i tried to boot it i tried to start it with no drives but the thing is the board dosent even seem to boot because when i unplug the ram it dosent give me any beep codes all it does is just spin the cpu fan up and thats it. Even the orange led strip dosent come on. It dosent matter if i have ram installed or no ram if a have a gpu or no gpu it just spins up the cpu fan and thats it. It also never gave me a beep code with all the diffrent combos i tried. The only damage it has as far as i can tell are some scrathes on the back but i think they are pretty light so it should still boot. Ive seen worse scrathes on some boards and they booted so idk.

Edit: I just noticed that one of my sata connectors is completly missing
