mainboard SUPERMICRO X10DAi with just one xeon 2680v3 qs

I'm considering buil a new workstation with SUPERMICRO X10DAi mianboard and E5-2680 v3 qs CPU , but I don't want to afford both CPUs right now. Is that a problem? Can I just add in the other CPU later? Any gotchas I should know?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've little experience with nice "server"/"workstation"-quality computers with modern technology.

You need to check the mapping of PCIe lines. Without a second CPU there may be some of the slots that don't work.
