This article does well to suggest that the more expensive system has 8GB VRAM available in crossfire, while the second only has 4GB available to its single card.

I'm not suggesting it does or it doesn't, but it could be more clear about whether the graphics cards in system 1 have 8GB each, or a 4+4 situation, and by total they are already assuming the potential customer knows that 4GB from one card is simply mirrored.

Yeah, I go to their site, and when configuring, they use the word total as well. They do use the exact same SKU though for the gpu in both configurations. That's a little confusing, or am I crazy?

I guess the artwork cost more than the hardware, because I'm not seeing $3,800 & $2,200 worth of hardware.
