Mainstream PC for a Budget?

Hi Everyone!

I'm about to ask again for some help here at TH, but this time its for a friend who plays alot.

My friend had his computer died, an Athlon II 240 or something like that, and he asked me if I could build a PC for him.

He wanted to have a good PC with a minimal upgrade / maintenance needed and is able to play BF4 Low-Med or High, if possible, @1080p

Intel Core i3-4130 | MSI B85M Gaming | Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 8GB | WD Caviar Black 1TB | MSI R9 270x | Corsair 300R | Corsair CXM 500w

AMD FX-6300 | MSI 970 Gaming | Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 8GB | WD Caviar Black 1TB | MSI R9 270 | Corsair 300R | Corsair CXM 500w

I dont know why, but he got hooked up on the Seidon 120v and he wanted it really baldly, so BALDLY. I just don't know anything about the specific cooler.

Which build do you think guys is better? And would perform well with the said cooler?

Suggestions, recommendations, comments will be appreciated.
