Hey guys im pretty new to the SSD world and I have one question.

Should I be doing any measures to keep my ssd properly maintained besides the standard fair cleaners and such?

I have a z77 mobo so I dont think i have access to trim.

Should I use my version of ccleaner?

It's just extra write cycles that are not needed.
Once a year is no problem. Once a week...problem.

The best way to maintain an SSD is to not fill it up too much. Leave 15% free space.

Defraging was used on older mechanical hard drives to speed them up. The short explanation of how it worked was the computer would reorganize the hard drive so the files used most often would be put up front.

Since SSD's are so fast it doesnt matter where you put the files on it, but SSD's are vulnerable to wear. So moving files around on your SSD for no reason is a no no. Thats why you shouldn't defrag. However it wont really hurt it and I believe toms has an article some where around here where they are torture testing SSD's and they are holding up spectacularly. I believe they are at 600TB of writes and minimal decreases in performance.
