You serious? Any complaints or buggy side effects of build
before maintenance? I assume this will be a non-herculean task.
Nobody washes, oils, and waxes their car before it's built.
I never wrote any code for "The Game" since I usually work for a
living,
and I prefer "The Game" to remain as such. Guess it's my turn
to give back to "the community" but I planned on doing that
by rewriting the documents, updating the info pages
and correcting the spelling and grammar, since
I have a lot of free time on my hands, being on vacation until
the end of this year's Oktoberfest and all.

Not me. Unlike the other dinosaurs, I'm learning to adapt.

True, but who needs full mobilty to do damage to the enemy?
Here's a joke for you. I get a good laugh from those who have
<1k$ and <1k dust who build 10+ planes and 10+ units twixt updates.
Especially when they have ~1k mils, and no civ tax base to speak of
to support them.

This also makes sense, but shouldn't they be drinking instead?
