Thats the first sentence on their page. For me this is a reason NEVER ever to touch that stuff. I don't think it's spam, but it only got mediocre reviews. So don't spend money on this is my advice.

This looks like a lot of open source and free stuff that they are charging money for.
Most of the things on the site can be found on sourceforge.
