major computer sadness

Having huge ussue with new computer components, ive gone wrong somewhere but i dont know where. Pls halp.
im not very tech savvy. Pc turns on then resets and turns on again but nothing happening.

Have:
msi z87m gaming mobo
red star 600w 80+bronze psu
i7 4790 with stock intel fan
2 inner fans
gtx 660
seagate 2tb hd
4x strontium 4gb ddr3 1333
....i dont know what else to put here.
Have 2nd 660 but nothing better.
any advice would be great.
 
Well, sir, when asking for help you should provide much more details. Noone can help when you just say "pls help I did something wrong" 😉.

Provide full system specs and describe the exact issue you are having, please.

No, quite the opposite in fact, sir. I would pull out everything that's not mandatory for the computer to start, and then add one thing at the time.

For starters, I would use only a single RAM stick (never heard of Strontium, most likely a bad quality memory) and also pull out that 660 you have within the case to minimise power usage (your processor has integrated graphics - try using it instead). We need to get the system to boot first, then we can figure out what's wrong.

Also, I have never heard about that PSU before, and somehow I doubt that it's a quality one regardless of it being modular with 80+ rating. But running the base minimum configuration should minimise the chance of PSU issues as well. It should be able to start even with crappiest PSUs with only integrated graphics.
