What if i add a rx 570 with r3 1200 (PCIE 3.0 x16) would perform more better than assembling with 2200G (PCIE 3.0 x8) ??Yes that's the only difference so the 1200 is usually the better buy. Just wondering would the 2200G be a option for you? It overclocks a little bit higher but also has a integrated graphics built into it which is nice if something happens to your graphics card as the 1200/1300X doesn't have one and won't have a display without a graphics card.

If yes then How does system memory speed & cache memory is different for the both cpu.. R3 1200 (upto 2667 mhz) R3 2200G (upto 2933 mhz)..
They both include a Wraith Stealth. Good enough for these CPU even with some OC to push the 1200 to 1300X level and even a bit more.Keep in mind, neither chip come with a cooler, so you need to factor that in too.
I agree. The 2200G is within 10$ of the 1200. Unless finding a great deal on the 1200, there's no reason not to choose the 2200G over it. The base clock of the 2200G is almost the same of what you can reasonably hope to OC the 1200 to with the stock cooler.
