Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, and even informational events that occur just before or at the time of the crashes.

How old is the PSU? Heavy use for gaming, video editing, or even bit-mining?

Roll back any over clocking to determine if the crashes diminish or end. If so, then try overclocking agaIn but only one device at a time and in careful increments.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Ensure by sight and feel that all cards, connectors, RAM, and jumpers are fully and firmly in place.

Look for any signs of damage: bare conductor showing, melting, pinched or kinked wires, swollen components, browned or blackened areas.
