So as for my laptop, it's a MSI GS63VR Stealth Pro.
CPU: i7-7700k
GPU's: Intel HD Graphics 630 & Nvidia GTX 1060
Running Windows 10 Home edition.
So a couple days ago I ran into an issue where my laptop got stuck in that nasty loop of "recovery" into blue screen. I attempted to restore it to a restore point, and it went back to the loop. I tried resetting the laptop and what happened? Blue screen loop. So I took it into the Microsoft store, they installed Windows 10 back onto it, and I picked it up.
The real problem came about when I started putting all of my stuff back together and was updating drivers. I have a monitor that I use for my games and so I tried to hook it up. As soon as I did, the screen blinked, but the monitor did not make any indication that it was plugged in and being recognized. I checked the device manager and realized that there was a code 43 on my GTX 1060.
This was only the first instance of there being a problem. I've been in contact with Microsoft, Nvidia, and MSI trying to get the issue of my drivers not working, not being able to play anything full screen, and basically, just not being able to use my laptop for what I was just 3 days ago. Obviously since I'm on here, none of them have fixed the issue. Here's hoping that someone has the answer I'm looking for!
