MAJOR Router Problem

Okay so I play xbox live a lot. I've noticed I have been lagging very badly the past couple of days and I shouldnt be with the internet speeds I pay for. So I checked my router logs and it came up with this: http://pastebin.com/02VMmTy0. I googled one of the lines and found some information that said I should download wireshark and see what it says. I did so and came up with this: http://pastebin.com/sir2J8cs. Now it doesnt just lag on XBL, my internet is slow period. Help would be greatly appreciated as I am stuck and do not know where to go from here to fix it.

What router do you have? With your PC, try disabling the 'WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service' under Services (open search and type in Services) With Xbox live, are you using wifi, if so, is there any chance there is interference?
