[SOLVED] Major Stuttering with GTX 1650 OC ?

My PC decides to stutter or freeze sometimes. I think it's because of the GPU?

This happened before, It's either I couldn't move anything or it's slow as hell. Happened without intense programs, just light chrome with YT FB and Word open. Had to use the reboot button.

PC also decides to stutter or black screen sometimes. Audio stuttering can also be heard when this happens. It'll be gone after a few seconds though. Could the cause be a bad monitor or HDMI? my HDMI cable is 10 years old. But my monitor is new (given to me by my cousin.) although the Stuttering didn't happen using my old monitor.

HDMI will generally be a problem if you have displayport on screen use it.

unfortunately I don't have HDMI on the monitor. I switched to my older monitor with the same HDMI and it doesn't stutter or freeze anymore. Might it be the monitor?
