Make a Monitor (VGA) and a TV (HDMI) work at the same time from laptop

How can I get my Monitor (VGA) and my TV (HDMI) to work at the same time from laptop. It shows 3 screens, but #1 screen is the laptop and cannot be altered. Screen #2 & #3 are working but only one will display the picture at a time.
