I too have had bad,bad expreiences with online retailers lately. CompuVest, NewEgg you name it. Not only do they treat their customers like c**p, these little s**ts think they can send out refurbished product as new.
If you are truly mad, and want to take action, complain to the FTC. Enough of this is happening that if enough compliants are made, the FTC will eventually look into it. Check out their web site for consumer complaints here:

Read resellerratings.com. (I found 4 or 5 people complaining about CompuVest and their habit of selling old as new.)
Also, the Better Business Bureau was a big help in my complaint with CompuVest. File a complaint there, seems CompuVest wanted to listen to what the BBB had to say.
Selling refurbished motherboards as new is a dispicable practice. Telling me I'm a scammer when I approach with a complaint is just totally 🙁 unacceptable.
