Make GTA IV iso file> Is it possible?

OK so i bought GTA IV from gamestop (online) and downloaded it using the gamestop app for pc. my problem is. everytime i deleted the game for X reason. i have to wait hours for it to download and install. Can i make an iso from the files at C:\program files x86\2kgames\GTA IV

Windows isn't like Linux- it's unusual to have a program that is wholly contained within a single directory. Programs are actually *installed*, not just unpacked.

Someone with more intimate knowledge of the game might chime in but I'm going to say "not doable"
