Make me a budget build?

I've been looking all over for good builds, and according to everyone, all the builds I ask about or get ready to buy into suck. I need a build that's gonna cost about $350 at most, preferably LESS. I just need something good enough to play games like L4D2/CSGO/COD etc. Good graphics isn't a priority but I would prefer it not to run slowly, for example, drops in frame rate. I also would like it to be upgradable as I am going to get a summer job (I'm only 16) and will have money later on to upgrade it.

It's not great but with the Pentium build that leaves you the ability to upgrade to an i5/i7 at some point.
