Make my laptop higher resolution windows 7

Hello,
i install autocad 2007 on my hp laptop notebook size, i try to open it, i cant see the other command below because the window is not fit tot he screen.

Right click on desktop>>>Resolution.

You cant make it higher than the defined limits:
1. Of the laptops screen
2. Of the graphics card
