make pc build 850$ budget

I mean pretty much, the one you have is a decent build. My only suggestion is to get 16GB of RAM, but other than that, it will get the job done. Optionally, you can add a SSD, but that will go over budget. You also have to consider a monitor and Windows OS.

As far as Ryzen goes, I think it's kinda early to tell if it is a force to be reckon with. Intel has proven their ground, but AMD is triyng to make a come back. They did good with the new RX GPUs. Even though the benchmarks say one thing, that's it...they are only benchmarks. I always go with what I can trust, and at this rate, when CPUs are $200-400, I choose Intel. Who knows, next year, I may make my first AMD build (besides eMachine).
