I have a Dell Inspiron 530 Desktop (Motherboard RY007) It doesn't have any usb 3.0 ports and I wanted to run a small linux operating system for streaming.

How can I convert the internal SATA cables to be used externally to plug into the SSD in order to get those transfer speeds and not usb 2.0s
I know I would have to purchase a SSD enclosure, however all the ones I am able to find are made to be used with USB...

Thank you for all your help!

unfortunately I only have one PCIe x16 slot which has a GPU and covers the other PCI-e x1 slot, there are two older conventional PCI ports ( in white ) but SATA offers alot better speed.
