There are two methods - first, you remove the hard drive and install your SSD, then install the OS as a fresh install. After completed, add your HDD back in and change your data locations to the hdd.
Second is the migration tools - if you buy a Samsung SSD, they give you one free. This will transfer the contents you choose to the SSD for you.
Uhm I upgraded to windows 10. so I will use the media tool do I have to enter product key?
No you will not have to enter any product key. You can (hopefully) clean install on the SSD once you have created the install media.
Or, if the sizes are sufficient, you can try one of the migration tools.
How large is your SSD, and how much total space is used on your current C drive?
