sir
There is any command or software to write protect a micro SD card. because i have a configured raspberry pi device. And I want that no one will copy it for imaging. I googled but in vain .....

Write Protection & Copy Protection are two different things anyway.

If you don't want anyone to copy the contents of a particular memory card, simply keep it hidden somewhere when you're not using it.

Write protection, however, prevents contents of card being overwritten or deleted. An SD card usually has a small slider on it's edge to enable/disable this feature (Lock/Unlock).

Write protection would give the OS issue when it's in use.
It would be useless anyways because write protection does not prevent anyone from reading the contents.

You might want to check the Os of your PI so see if it can use disk encryption and have you enter the key in for it to startup. Be sure to back up the key if you do this.
