[SOLVED] Making a bootable Kali Linux USB

I was offered to join a Cybersecurity class that my school offers, But to join I need to have a pc with Kali Linux. I have no idea how to do that I don't really know where to look for help on this. I currently have windows 10. Any help or links to where I can be helped would be much appreciated.

You don't install Kali on your PC, you use it booting off USB. And how to make that USB - first hit on any search engine would bring this

I am looking for a cheap pc that I can get Kali Linux on. I am thinking about going into cybersecurity that my school offers. But I have to have my own pc with Kali Linux on it. I'm very new to this so any help would be nice. Looking for a pretty cheap build as low as possible.
