Making a gaming build list for a friend and looking for feedback.

This is the build list for my friend. He wants it somewhere near 600, but preferably not over 600.
I picked parts based on price, performance, rating, and from what I know will be fine for gaming specifically.
So, is this okay for my friend? Any cheaper solutions that will bring the same results? Any compatibility issues? Let me know.

Yeah, for aesthetic, I would have went with better ram as well 😛 but he just wants stuff that works, plus the case doesn't come with a window, so he wont be looking at it much anyways.
And thanks. This is actually slightly better than my own build xD (i have a 960 2gig, same cpu)

I personally don't mind ram without heatspreaders. However spending a couple dollars more to get some CL 9 would give a small performance boost. Definitely not required though.
