Making a Mirror Image of my Computer

I have a 3 TB External Hard Drive. Is this enough to make a Mirror image of my computer?
How long does this take please?

As long as the the disk your making an image of is smaller in GB's than the available room on the external, yes. The time it takes will depend on whether you are using USB 2.0 or 3.0, the size of the file and some other variables. If you are using USB 2.0, you can figure on about transferring 1 GB per minute.
