Making a New system

Solution
The 7600k is awful value now.

You can do an i5 8400 ,with 16gb ram & an ssd for less money.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor ($178.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - B360 HD3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($81.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: GeIL - EVO POTENZA 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($148.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Mushkin - Source 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($54.89 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($43.90 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB GAMING Video Card ($249.99 @ Amazon)...
The only thing I would change is the power supply. That particular power supply is poor quality. I would suggest the EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply.

I would use a SSD for the system drive( and HD if budget permits) instead.
