Making a Steering wheel work with an xbox controller

Recently, I played Sleeping Dogs. There is an arkham style combat system, shooting mechanics, and gta driving. I'm a bit peculiar when it comes to control schemes.

For the fighting, I prefer an xbox controller. Shooting is the mouse and keyboard, and driving is best with a wheel.
My driving wheel is fairly out of date, so I have to use x360ce. This has the issue of overriding the xbox controller.

Now, is there any way to use a sidewinder racing wheel and an xbox 360 controller on the pc at the same time for Sleeping dogs?
