Making an ISO out of Windows 98 installation CD

I want to make a bootable ISO out of my Windows 98 CD. The CD is a bootable OEM genuine Windows 98SE installation disc 0499 Part No. X05-29162. What would be the easiest way to make an ISO of this CD to use with Virtual PC?
