Making boot faster?

So, I have a Z170-A, and am looking on how to make the boot as fast as possible

I mean, as it is now the POST screen takes longer time to get rid of than whole Windows log-on session

What can I do to make the boot as fast as possible?
I want to shine with my new M.2 😀

Try enabling fast boot in BIOS if it isnt already. Some boards also have manufacturer enhanced fast boot but is hard to say without knowing board model.

I have LGA1151

The Fast Boot is enabled, but it still feels like its taking long time, I set POST screen to 1 second but didnt make a difference

LGA 1151 is a socket not a motherboard, or a model of motherboard.
