I basically want to make a gaming computer, picked out components but, want to know if they all work together. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Components:
COOLER MASTER HAF 922 RC-922M Case

Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM HDD

ASUS GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 GPU

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3

ASUS P9X79 PRO LGA 2011 Intel X79 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with USB BIOS

Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics

COOLER MASTER Elite 460 RS-460-PSAR-I3 460W ATX12V V2.31 Power Supply

ASUS Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM SATA DVD-ROM Drive Model DVD-E818AAT

and again this will be my first time making my own pc so I honestly am not sure whether or not the hardware i selected works with each other.

and again thank-you to anyone who replies

Solution
that haswell chip requires a certain motherboard socket to plug into. the socket it needs is called LGA 1150. You can only use that i7-4770k with a LGA 1150 motherboard.

That motherboard you picked out is a LGA 2011 motherboard, it's for the extreme edition sandybridge cpus. It won't work with your i7-4770k.
