Making Phone Calls in PC

Can i make phone calls through my PC using my Samsung galaxy y phone?

It may be possible if you have or can find the appropriate phone to PC connections and using the right application, plus doing the necessary registration for type of service. I don't own a mobile phone so I can't guide you through the process but.. I know you can use Skype to call to phones, and there are many applications that serve the same purpose, so what you want should be possible, it just takes doing some research and hopefully asking your questions in the right forum can get you the right answers...
