So I've been looking for great affordable graphics cards for my AMD P.C. because it is quite rubbish at the moment, especially for trying to run games like Grand Theft Auto 5. I'm also going to upgrade the processor to try and make sure everything works well. Here's my specs:

Processor- Amd A8-5500
Ram- One 8Gb Stick
Graphics- Amd Radeon HD 7560D
Motherboard- Msi 7778 v1
Psu- Some built in Hp 300 watt thing

What I'm Thinking:

Processor-
AMD FX 4100 4-Core Processor, 3.6 4 Socket AM3+ FD4100WMGUSBX

Graphics-
VisionTek Radeon 7850 2GB DDR5 PCI Express Graphics Card

Now I just want to make sure all of this would work properly before I decide to buy it. I will probably need to upgrade the Psu, so if anyone has any questions or recommendations, feel free to ask.

Solution
The selected processor you chose will need a motherboard to accompany it. It will not work in your current motherboard; they have different socket types. Your current is either FM2 or FM2+. You will need AM3+ to run an FX processor.

Secondly, yes you will need a new PSU. A 500w from Corsair should suffice.
