Hey guys, i have been making research for a month now and i want to ask for a check and some advices.
Im trying to write compact ,so u won't have to spend a day reading that.
Im a based in Germany and I cant really buy in USA because of the import fees ,which make it even more expensive than buying the pieces in the EU. Most of my parts will be buy on Mindfactory but all the links are from PCPARTPICKER. Im listing the hardware ,as well as the questions regarding thoose, down there.

This is the whole build: [build 2 yoyo - whitesamourai's Saved Part List - Core i5-9600K 3.7 GHz 6-Core, GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB WINDFORCE, VG5-W Red ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker Deutschland](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/user/whitesamourai/saved/pnjsZL)

CPU: [Intel - Core i5-9600K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/28qhP6/intel-core-i5-9600k-37ghz-6-core-processor-bx80684i59600k) [Intel - Core i5-9600K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor (BX80684I59600K) - PCPartPicker Deutschland](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/28qhP6/intel-core-i5-9600k-37ghz-6-core-processor-bx80684i59600k)
Didnt plan to overclock but the i5 9600k for 274€ is cheaper and better then the 8700 for 350€, and the 8700k for 400€ isn´t worth the money.

CPU Cooler: [Alpenföhn - Brocken ECO 65.41 CFM CPU Cooler](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/xQnG3C/alpenfohn-brocken-eco-654-cfm-cpu-cooler-84000000106)
[Alpenföhn - Brocken ECO 65.41 CFM CPU Cooler (84000000106) - PCPartPicker Deutschland](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/xQnG3C/alpenfohn-brocken-eco-654-cfm-cpu-cooler-84000000106)
It cost 30€, do i need it or can i go down to 18€ for a master hyper 212 evo?

Motherboard:[MSI - Z370 GAMING PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/rXCrxr/msi-z370-gaming-plus-atx-lga1151-motherboard-z370-gaming-plus) for 110€
[MSI - Z370 GAMING PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (Z370 GAMING PLUS) - PCPartPicker Deutschland](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/rXCrxr/msi-z370-gaming-plus-atx-lga1151-motherboard-z370-gaming-plus)
No idea how much i should invest in a motherboard, everyone pick a Z370 so did I...even if i dont plan to OC.
Things needed: support DDR4-3000/2666, making the best out/beeing compactible with the other parts: i5 9600k, RTX 2070, cpu cooler, etc..) Any better or cheaper alternative?

MEMORY: [Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/J27CmG/corsair-memory-cmk16gx4m2a2666c16)
Since i dont thing OC will be needed, DDR4-2666 is enough, right?
Or will DDR4-3000 still be better even without overclocking?(its a 15€ upgrade)

SSD: [Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/6yKcCJ/samsung-860-evo-500gb-25-solid-state-drive-mz-76e500bam).

Seems that taking a M.2(82€) instead of a Sata(76€) doesnt make a difference in gaming,at least in that price segment.

HDD:[Seagate - Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/CbL7YJ/seagate-barracuda-2tb-35-7200rpm-internal-hard-drive-st2000dm006) [Seagate - Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (ST2000DM006) - PCPartPicker Deutschland](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/CbL7YJ/seagate-barracuda-2tb-35-7200rpm-internal-hard-drive-st2000dm006)
Good old HDD for56€, no doubt about it \^\^.

GPU: [Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB WINDFORCE](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/CGYLrH/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-2070-8gb-windforce-video-card-gv-n2070wf3-8gc) [Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB WINDFORCE Video Card (GV-N2070WF3-8GC) - PCPartPicker Deutschland](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/CGYLrH/gigabyte-geforce-rtx-2070-8gb-windforce-video-card-gv-n2070wf3-8gc)
I first went for the gtx1080 but those still cost 500€ and the RTX 2070 only cost 80€ more.
The GTX 180ti or RTX 2080 are to expensive for me, so 2070 may be the right path to go.
U guys know if the Black Friday/week will make the prices of hardware drop? If yes, than i may wait two weeks, instead of buying yet.

CASE: [SHARKOON - VG5-W RED ATX Mid Tower Case](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/cqQG3C/sharkoon-vg5-w-red-atx-mid-tower-case-vg5-w-red) [SHARKOON - VG5-W Red ATX Mid Tower Case (VG5-W Red) - PCPartPicker Deutschland](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/cqQG3C/sharkoon-vg5-w-red-atx-mid-tower-case-vg5-w-red)
Why paying much when u get that beauty with everything u need for 36€ ?

PSU: [Corsair - RMx (2018) 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply](https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/bqVD4D/corsair-rmx-2018-550w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020177-na)
I spended hours on that part: Are 550w enough? Do i need a 80+ Gold? How much should I invest?
Why does Mindfactory users and recensions praise the bequiet series but no forum will even list 1 bequiet PSU on the top 20 cooler...? I heard something about single or dual cable to the GPU making a big difference?
Here the 4 PSU i have in sight: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550 for 79€; Corsair Rmx Series 550 for 85€; EVGA Super Npva G3 550 for 83€; bequiet Straight Power 11 for 89€

SCREEN:I also want to get a nice 27 "2K"( 2560x1440) or a 28 4k( 3840x2160 )Zoll screen.
Internet say that 2k at 144Hz is better than a 4k at 60Hz if u play fast paced games.
TN Panel are cheaper and quicker than IPS one(1ms instead of 5ms reaction time). Is a IPS a no go for face paced game than?
Most of them have Adaptive Sync/AMD FreeSync, 40-144Hz which would be only worth with an AMD GPU ?
So since i take an Intelcore one, i ll need a NVIDIA G-Sync, 30-165Hz which always cost more?
Here are some G-sync TN: Dell S2716DG, 27" ; Acer XB1 XB271HUAbmiprz, 27;
Adaptive Sync/AMD FreeSync 40-144Hz, TN: ASUS MG278Q, 27
and some IPSwith none of both: Dell UltraSharp U2715H, 27"
What do u guys think would be the right screen to pick for such a pc ?Would u prefer the 4K over the 144Hz?

Take every sentences of mine as a question to you ( is the product the best pick here?Do i missunderstand something, etc...) and feel free to write every single thought about it in the comments =)
I thank you for going trough the whole comment and I apologise in advance for my english grammar.
Have a nice day=)

Solution
why do u think so?

the 1070ti can manage 2k 144hz. the 9600k will give that without bottlenecking the 1070ti.

9600k and 1070ti for 144hz, if u r not so particular about that, ryzen is good.

BTW, may i suggest another alternative? if the pc is geared at just gaming, you can go for a ryzen 2200G with that thermalright cooler i suggested above for a 4.1ghz oc.

ryzen 7nm is gonna release in the 1H or 2H of 2019, u can get the 2700X successor then. with the rumored 15% ipc increase, ryzen 7nm should be able to give 120+fps in the latest game engines ez.

Will my pc really suffer from a like 100€ mainboard ? What is actually the difference between a 100€ mainboard and a 170€ one ? (supposing the things i need are pressent on both). Since im mainly gaming i choose the singlecore performance over the multicore one, that wahy i5 9600k. Will ddr4-3000 be better than ddr4-2666 when i dont overclock?
Do u experienced that power supply ? He seems quite cheap for a 80+ Gold 750w PSU, i couldnt finde any waranty on that one.

the price and slots for extra harddrives mainly and better overclocking components, ddr4 3000 will give you a bettter result in gaming even if you dont oc. gold is only about effiency, which is meaningless, its about the stability of the psu.

you dont need to worry about overclocking that much. latest mobo like that strix b450 has inbuilt oc presets which takes care of everything. so you are good to go. just enable xmp profile for the 3000mhz ram profile in mobo bios.

the xilence is a seasonic g series rebrand. solid and reliable.

I wont run more than the "standard" hardware, no extra parts. I dont think i will use OC, i it even worth it on a i5 9600k?
Well, i dont mind paying 15€ more for a DDR4-3000 if it improve my gaming, or even getting a 3200?

hey im back, and im about to be done with all of that =).
This is the actual list, everything is buyed trough black friday and i only need to pick a CPU and MOBO, which will make the best ouf of the other pieces.Im trying to get my 144Hz auf 1440p.
Here the list:https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/Xm7cjy
And i think that one of that cpu may complete the build well (click on value to ranked it with the highest value on top) https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/

For 144hz? 9600k is the right choice. Ryzen can't give 120+ fps in the latest games, unless the game is specifically designed with ryzen/Radeon in mind.

That pre-built pc has a mediocre cooling, aka stock cooler.

Poor psu, the hyper m is not a good quality one.

The case is mostly chocked at the front. Poor airflow.

120gb ssd is a farce. Fills up very quick.

If your aim is 2k 75hz, then yes that pre built is decent with a good psu swap.

ist it really worth so spend 260€ on i5 9600k + 120€ on a z390 board instead of 190€ on a Ryzen5 2600X +80€ on a b450 board ?
Seems that i wont be abble to reach the 144hz anyway with the gtx 1070ti
