Making Windows 10 accept 7-zip

The problem is Windows 10 refuses to accept 7-zip as an app. It completely ignores it.

if you are talking abouti setting it as a default app for particular file extensions in the 7zip program options itself. you have to right-click on the 7zip program and run as admin.
