Question Malachy. Exe pop up

Hi everyone.

I have a problem in windows 10. I keep getting a malachy. exe this application could not be run. pop up i have tried everthing nothing seems to be working. It comes as a pop up and then i can click yes and no when i click yes it takes me to. Net framework repair tool but it does not fix the problem please help. Sorry english is not my first language.

Colif thank you so much for replying I really appreciate as I am really hopeless now.

I run the scan and it did pick up the error and tried to repair but could not done repair. The error is link to a folder called OLNEY in Program files but I think I deleted the folder because I thought it was virus. The error keeps popping up. Like very half hour. I don't have one now as soon as it pop up i will attached photo.

When i run scan now Hitman pro don't pick up the error anymore but pop up keeps coming.

try running this and see if it can find anything - https://www.kaspersky.com.au/free-antivirus

if malwarebytes found something and couldn't fix you may need to clean install windows to get rid of it.

I can't find that program online which leads me to thinking its a virus.
Any errors you get might mean its a broken virus since it can't run.
