Malware cleanserp removal

how to remove cleanserp.net malware.? It does not shoe in installed software or in Google extensions so I cant remove from there. I have tried uninstalling Google chrome and reinstalling but it is still there. in Google settings it shows as default search engine but no way of editing/deleting it. Malwarebytes 3 didn't help either.
Anyone got any other ideas?
