[SOLVED] Malware

Hello! I recently got a mod for a game for ps4( yes you can mod on ps4). It was a save file. I got it from mediafire. After I downloaded it I saw a tab pop up. Found out that it was mediafire when you download things from there. After that I turned off my pc and it took longer than it usually does. It takes about 4 seconds to power off completely but this time it took 12-15 secs. I turned it back on since I was worried and everything turned on( fans, lights, etc) but the screen was black. I pushed the power off button for 4 seconds then my pc turned off. I turned it back on and it worked this time. I used adwcleaner and makwarebytes and nothing found. Am I just being paranoid?

You can never be too rich or too paranoid. Personally, I would also run the free version of KRD 18, which is my go to anti-everything scanner along with antimalwarebytes.

Thanks. I just find it very weird that all of that happened. My pc took ages to turn off then it couldn't even turn on at first.
