Question Malwarebytes Premium--How Often Should a Full Scan be Run?

Have Malwarebytes Premium subscription--Wondering how often a Full Scan should be run to make sure no infections missed?

I try to do a Defender scan monthly prior to System backup, should i start doing same with Malwarebytes as well prior to the backup?

Sure....if you feel better for having done it.

Depends on your anxiety level.

I'd guess my level is average. That's just speculation.

I do manual full scans occasionally. When bored, when it passes through my mind. Maybe once or twice a year. "Just in case". Signifying not much. Your anxiety level may be a lot different than mine. Satisfy yourself.

I have Malwarebytes configured to autoscan daily at 11 am. It does, transparently to me. When it finishes, I get an on screen notification that it found nothing and I'm clean. I cannot recall it ever finding anything....I suppose because it is a preventive as well as an identifier and remover.

I've always had High Anxiety in General not just with Computers, with other aspects of Life as well

So think will get a scan done either later tonight or early tomorrow, or maybe 1 program scan tonight, and 1 in morning
