I have installed a malwarebytes 2.1.6.1022 and it is cracked.
I run a scan and i removed the malware, adware and pup optional. I deleted them. Suddenly my speed download fluctuates and i have a Intex router. Should I change my ip address or should i change my router.
If i will change my router so the problem will go??

Why would you install a cracked version of an anti-malware application?!?
One that has a free version.

It's not your IP address, it's not your router. It is the cracked software you installed.

sorry by mistakely i have done this. I have formatted my pc but nothing solved. Still speed fluctuations. Should i format my laptop hdd completely? Should i completely clean my pc's hdd and format all drives?

While drastic, that will solve the current problem.
Wipe and reinstall the OS. Or, you could mess around for a couple of weeks trying to 'fix it'.

Unknown. Your 'slow download speed' may be related to the WiFi.
Or other malware you have on these systems.
Or something else entirely.

I have not installed the malwarebytes software in my laptop. But in my laptop also my speed fluctuates.

Speed fluctuations could be any of a dozen things.
What happens if you eliminate the WiFi, and do this hardwired to the router?
What is showing you 'speed fluctuations'?

That's because you are using cracked software and it probably came with a virus that is hogging your bandwidth. The free version of malwarebytes is great I use it on all my systems and all my customers systems. If you want pro buy pro.

ccleaner is for only slowing browser. I don't think ccleaner will do that. I have not slow browsers. My browser are working best and in good speed. My download speed is fluctuating. My bandwidth speed is attacked by malwarebytes software.

You should uninstall the cracked software and pray that the malware that is attacking your bandwidth is not still there any more. Then install the free version or pay for the payed for version and run spy-bot search and destroy along with any other legit antivirus to make sure everything is taken care of. Changing your router or anything else wont help. Worst comes to worst you have to reload windows to get rid of what ever malware is causing the problem. This is what happens when you use cracked software you pay one way or another.

i get the speed in my Internet download manager. Before 1 month the speed was 450 kbps and my plan is 4mbps. Now in Internet download manager the speed fluctuates. Like 450 kbps to direct down 250 kbps. Then 230 kbps to 350 kbps. Like this it is happening.

OK.
Your ISP (4mbps) is reporting megabits per sec.
Your "Internet download manager" is almost certainly reporting megabytes per sec.
So that is about right.

Now you are getting a 'fluctuation of 250-450kilobytes per sec. This all depends on what and where you are downloading from.

Again, it is not your IP address, nor your router.
Go to speedtest.net, and see what you actually get, rather than relying on your IDM thing to tell you some bogus number.

i have already checked in speedtest.in. My speed is 3.38 mbps.

And just by the way, CCleaner will get rd of unwanted files left behind by any malware then clean up the Registry. It has little to do with speed except for clearing out the clutter and it can't impact one way or the other to your browsing or downloading.

You should take the advice offered to you. Anyone who could download a fake copy of an well-known utility with its own named website address needs to listen to what they are being told.

please help me what i will do now. Should this problem will go itself after 2 weeks? Should i change my router so that my ip address will change?

Then you do not have a problem with download speed.

Your theoretical 'speed fluctuation' could be a whole host of things.
What and where are you 'downloading from'.
Your system otherwise overloaded by some malware trying to phone home.
Something else.

Any diagnosis depends on several things:
A known problem. (3.38 - 4 is not much of a problem)
A known good system (which we may not have)
Testing from a similar service every time (which we do not have)

Again - You do not have a problem with download speed.

please help me what i will do now. Should this problem will go itself after 2 weeks? Should i change my router so that my ip address will change?

No, because there is no hard evidence that you're under attack. Have you at any time given remote access to your computer?

I'm not convinced there is a 'problem', other than:
Self-inflicted malware
and
Relying on your internet download manager to monitor your internet speed.
