MAME Frontend w/ MP3 Jukebox?

I apologize if this is a dead horse...I did read over the other recent
frontend thread, but I've been kinda overwhelmed at all of the frontends out
there, and thought I would throw this out to The People who might be able to
help. Here's what I'm looking for:

* Runs under Windows 98 (I see no need to buy an extra copy of XP for a
dedicated MAME system)
* Displays well on an S-Video connection into a 25"-32" TV
* Is controlled primarily through arcade control panel w/ trackball (which
could double as a mouse)
* Efficiently manages a large number of roms
* Has mp3 jukebox functionality

Maximus Arcade is very much a step in the right direction, except it doesn't
seem very good at navigating large amounts of roms (since it sticks them all
in one list), and the MP3 jukebox is kinda limited. I'm just pointing it out
as the sort of thing I'm looking for.

If such a thing doesn't exist, and you know of a good way to make an
idiotproofed front end that would allow me to run both a MAME front end AND
a dedicated juke, I'm all ears to that idea, too. Thanks!

That's the one place MA lacks a little bit, but you do have the option of
scrolling one at a time, a page at a time, or a letter at a time. Plus if
you keep a favorite list, it makes finding the game you want much easier.
I have all the paging options set up to the normal "attack" buttons on my
control panel and the normal up and down set to the joystick and trackball.

Thanks for the recommendation...I tried it, but it's just way too buggy.

I'm fast learning that I'm really asking for too much to ask for an
integrated jukebox, and that there aren't a lot of juke programs designed to
run in MAME cabs out there. (I thought they were really common...turns out
there are about a dozen, and half of them don't work how I want them to.)
The way to go, I think, is gonna be to just find a front end I like, and
then add the juke to that.

I'm also finding I like the front ends that feature the game marquee as well
as a screenshot (or a shot of the cabinet), because I think they will be
more navigable on a TV set. Does that make a particular front-end stand out
for anyone?

Except configure it so it works. Ugh. Actually, after Chuck pointed out what
I missed in MA about scrolling by letter, I'm finding I really like Maximus
Arcade. It's not perfect, and I wish some skins were included that involved
the marquees along with the screen shots, but if it's still being worked on,
I would wager the little things would get addressed. Plus I like the idea of
the MP3 player integrating nicely with the look of the rest of the system.
I'm thinking it might be the big winner.

Have you looked into GameEx? This uses playlists made in windows media
player. It mostly can be configured through GUI.
