Question MAMP MySQL won't start

Hello everyone, i hope this is the appropriate category...
Yesterday i was working on my LocalHost Wordpress website when all of a sudden it crashed. I was not doing anything special. So i restart the server with MAMP but the "MySQLsever" doesn't start...

So i decide to go on the WebStart Page anyway in the "Myphpadmin" and this appear :

So i check onine and find the solution of deleting the files "ib_logfile0" "ib_logfile1" and "ibdata1" in the folder MAMP/db/Mysql
but the problem persist, another person said to delete all the files except the folders so i give it a chance.

When i do so, MAMP tells me at startup "MySQL need to upgrade database to version 5.7" ... I Accept, the server start, but doesn't see my website when i go on the localhost (wordpress wants to install again)

How can i solve this issue please ? I Know nothing of database maintenance or networking in general.

Ps: I have backups of the old files in the db directory if needed.

Something may have been corrupted.

First go to the MAMP website and use the installation/documentation guide to double check your overall configuration.

Try the troubleshooting section as well.

If no success then reinstall as necessary. Ensure that the backup files are indeed accessible and readable/recoverable.
