managing data from hdd after win 10 crashed

after windows 10 chrashed ( all it did was restarting py over na over), I installed wind 7 form cd. After win 7 was installed I updated to win 10. I still have old data on my hdd(like apps,music....), but its all mixed up. How do i get them to return where they were and how can apps on my hdd show on installed programs on win 10.

need to reinstall the apps, and move your music from the old account to the new account
and just in case it a hdd issue, backup your data
