Managing "Other People" Storage on my SSD

I somehow have 56 GB of storage for other people on my computer? I have no idea what is saved here and it seems like there is no way to access this, any ideas?

Did you click on Manage Other People? it should show other users on device. Are you only user?

If more than 1 user, you need to login to it to see what files are

have you run disk cleanup recently?
