Any "obtuse" hints for the Mangree puzzle? I swear I've tried everything
possible combos of long & short l-c-r combos in all
permutations-combinations etc.

Is that the one to chase them off the totem?

Pay attention to their moves... When they hear a specific tone they
start looking out for something.

With all those predators around they have to be attentive in case they
hear something that's coming to get them.
