Mantle on Nvidia?

I have an r7 260x and an fx 6300 and I want to upgrade to a gtx 960, will I be able to use mantle to enhance cpu performance even with the nvidia card?

NO nvidia rejected AMD'S offer for nvidia users to use mantle, but nvidia also has physx and couple of more stuff
