Manual setup thru router,DNS IP ADDRESS NOT SHOWING

Exede says my internet is active so i hoiked up router after doing all the norm resets. It has the router ip but says DNS ISNT. It says to call them but i did 2 times and they are no help and just gave me number for tech.I know I can fix it if I have directions,its Easter Sunday and they cant give me a around time that they will come and help,technical support is not so tech,just support!

The easy temporary solution until you figure this out is to just use 8.8.8.8 in your pc nic settings for the dns server. That is a public dns server, and I use it rather than use any DNS the ISP provides.
