Hi, I want to reduce some heat and I think I could lower the voltages a bit. I have the vcore at 1.22 and sometimes it goes to 1.25. Could you give me some tips to set the right voltages manually? Thank you.

PC specs:
i7 4790k stock settings
Asus Hero VII
Gskill Tridentx 2400 2x4GB
Corsair H105
Corsair 780t

Solution
Yes...don't!

If you have the voltages at stock and all settings at stock, LEAVE IT. Intel have VERY clever people working for them who work all this shit out, so you and I don't have to. They fluctuate to keep performance stable, so messing with it when you are not an expert will leave it unstable.

You have a corsair h105...what possible heat problems could there be? Does your system idle at 40!? OH NO!? Does it go to 80 in games!?!?! OH NOOO!!!!

Leave it! ...unless you overclocked and overvolted it yourself. Then we need to have another discussion.

It idles at 30°C but sometimes just using applications like Google Chrome the temps go to 45°C for 1 second and comes back. I think it is not normal, although it's not a issue to worry too much about. With p95 v26.6 the max temp is 71, it stays between 65-70. With IBT the temp stays at 75°C and sometimes reaches 78°C.
The temps are not extremely high, but having a Corsair H105 I think they should be lower.

HAHAHAHAHA...I love these types of posts.

How low would you like the temp to be with a closed loop watercooler? 10 degrees?

Your temps are INSANELY low, for a non custom cooling solution. I use a corsair h100i and get idle of 35-40, load of 80 roughly on my 3570k...

Does that make you happier and less paranoid?

Do not undervolt your cpu, do not change anything, stop monitoring numbers you don't understand.

Just play games and surf porn.
